Refund policy

At JuseShop, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, selecting the wrong phone model, or other customer order mistakes.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at jusesshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not send any item back unless we have authorised the return first.

Items not eligible for return or refund

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • choosing the wrong phone model
  • entering an incorrect shipping address
  • unclaimed or undeliverable packages
  • normal wear and tear
  • minor variations in colour or print placement that may occur during the production process

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, production may already be in progress, which means the order can no longer be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Returned or undeliverable orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was not claimed, it is not eligible for a refund.

For customers in the European Union

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to made-to-order items or products produced according to the customer’s selected specifications, where permitted by law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
