Shipping policy
All items are made to order. Because of this, each order first goes through production before it is shipped. Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days, although this may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or in cases of temporary product or supplier delays.
Estimated delivery times
After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
- Germany: 2 to 5 business days
- Other EU countries: 5 to 10 business days
- Other international destinations: delivery times vary by location

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the product type, print provider, shipping method, and destination country. Shipping charges are separate from the product price.
Order tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.
International shipping and customs
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, it is not eligible for a refund.
Delays
